Wayne:
Being near the Alabama Line, you may be able to buy it at a MOVIE GALLERY near you.

They are distributing the CDs to their stores in Alabama.

It's easy to hear samples of the music. All ya gotta do is click on
http://cdbaby.com/cd/bearbryant

Where you can really help us is to get some country music radio station near you to start playing the song.

Jeff Cook, former guitarist for the group ALABAMA, has a terrific country song on the CD called 20 TOES IN THE SAND.

Get a country music disc jockey to listen to that!!!!

HEY Y'ALL:
Whadupp wid CHEW!!!!

It sho' nuff happnin' in TusKEELoosee. We clowning on Shula mo' worser than Frangiphony!!!!

But, folkzizzz, it really BE worse than that because something really strange is now happening in property management in this town.

WHAT UP WID GOOD MONEY GOING AFTER BAD!

I am in my eighth year in the maintenance business here in Tuscaloosa County and I have never seen A BANK GET INTO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!!

The reason these bankers [ hired last week at Sneaky Pete's in Midfield ]
are doing this is because the property is worth about 3 cents on the dollar and that's the point AT where I don't know what's going on.

FRAUD!!!! FRAUD!!!!! FRAUD!!!! CALL THE FBI!
USDIC!!!!

NOT!!!!

Yesterday I handled paper for eight evictions for a local bank.
My deputy sheriff and I set a record.
I had ZERO LABOR because I go up to the tenants the day before the eviction and I say something like:

"Ya know 9 A.M. tomorrow morning is gonna come mighty early and I need to know how many of your things you're gonna have left inside your house tomorrow so I'll be able to know how many guys I'll need to hire to toss your stuff to the street when I come with the sheriff in the morning. Make sure you take care of your goldfish tonight because when we put it on the curb tomorrow morning, we'll be in a REAL big hurry and we may not take good care of it. Do I need to get the deputy to call in the Animal Control Officer to take care of your other pets?"

That always gets their attention.

Well, day before yesterday I was out in Elrod on the front porch of #8 at METHAMPHETAMINE ESTATES TRAILER PARK and knocked and this little girl who used to be a waitress in Tuscaloosa came to the door and here I was out in BUMFUCK EGYPT SIPSEY VALLEY RIVER SWAMP AND IT WAS THE SECOND TIME I'D HAD TO EVICT THIS GIRL IN THE LAST THREE YEARS!!!!

So I'm into my spiel and I get to the part about "I need to know how much stuff will be here tomorrow so I'll know how many guys I'll need to pitch it to the curb!"

So she replies, "NO! I don't know.

& I say, "How come?"

She says, " My husband is an idiot."

Believe it or not, I really don't think I said anything else and let her be.

She got out by the time the deputy and I arrived the next morning.

Where I'm heading with this is simply this:

THE WORLD OF
THE GET RICH QUICK SCHEME
http://www.carleton-sheets.com/
CASHFLOW/RENTAL HOUSE/REFINANCE every fuckin' day/ NO MONEY DOWN

stuff

appears to be coming to a screaching halt!!!!

The SO-CALLED victims [BOGUS WANNABE LANDLORDS WHO CAN'T FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER!] are handing the bankers stacks of twenty deeds WHILE CRYING AND BEGGING not to be sued!

The boys have gone to the well for the last time.

Lots of good news to come....

Last but not least we got some good reviews of THE DAY BEAR BRYANT DIED!

My Mom is from LA (Lower Alabama)and attended the University of
Alabama. Needless to say, Bear Bryant was like a Saint in my house
while I was growing up. The song also sent chills up my spine when I
heard it, and it also brought back the memory of that same day. I
remember seeing my Mom sitting on the sofa watching the funeral
procession and crying.

Hello fellow CJ'ers,

Now that's what I'm talking about!!!!

Man, brought shivers to my spine to hear Ronnie singing those
tunes at
http://www.daybeardied.com

The
whole BAMA
thing was great and "Dreamy Alabama" has got to be one of the
greatest tunes
ever.

I forever am impressed by the old tunes of ARS and also
the new

tunes of the guys in the band that keep this great music alive for
us all.

I'm loving it still,
Russ, in good old Doraville GA.. I used to dig through the
dumpster at

Studio One and get posters, 30 years ago, not knowing that Ronnie
may have been living upstairs. LOL

Keep the spirit alive!

Subject: Fred to Buddy: "The Day Bear Bryant Died"

Buddy, http://www.daybeardied.com

Believe it or not, I just heard "The Day Bear Bryant Died" on the radio as I was driving to Fed Ex to send you my CD. Until while ago, I had only heard a piece of it downloaded and through very poor computer speakers.

Honestly, I sort of winced when I first learned you had written a song about Bear Bryant dying.

I felt it was going to be really hard to pull off that type of song where you would be immediately treading on hallowed ground. And every Bear Bryant fan would instantly be an authorized critic.

To succeed would take guts on top of talent.

I wouldn't have tried it even at gunpoint.

Your song came on the radio this afternoon in my car, and I turned it up and gripped the steering wheel. . . . and by the time the second refrain of "Roll Tide" came around I had chill bumps! By God, you did it! Very impressive, and now with your John Legend hit, well, that's why you're Buddy Buie and I'm not. You've still got the juice!

Your friend,

Fred
